• Poet Tommy Gaffney also has a book. Buy it or don’t, poets are above such commercial pleas.
• Comedian Don Frost has a podcast that does accept commercials.
• The Doubleclicks are so funny, nerdy, and adorable that I just want to run a million commercials for their band.

Saturday - Comic Books Night

• Joelle Jones draws amazing things, for money she’ll even draw things  which are pervy and weird.
• Scott Allie is the editor-in-chief of Dark Horse, for money they’ll sell you comics, some of which are dark and scary.
• Comedian Cody McCullar co-hosts a podcast that was poorly reviewed one time.
• But nobody has ever said anything bad about musical guest Anna and the Underbelly, though she did call us all crazy.

The people’s weatherman Matt Zaffino explained why Portland weather is actually hard to predict. Something about mountains.

Adam Rosko explained the trouble with Tribbles, which is that they require a lot of faux-fur to produce.

Shane Torres is in favor of fluoridation but has mixed feelings about donating plasma. Follow him on Twitter to find out which happens first.

Bryan Free is like our own Freddie Mercury here in Portland. He’s one of the most fun performers you’ll ever see. He plays piano with his hands, drums with his feet, and cymbals with his mind!
